Troy Marsh graduated from the University of Georgia in 1987 and earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.  He is admitted to practice in all state and superior courts in Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Marsh is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Bulloch County Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Brain Injury Association of Georgia, and the trucking section of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

Troy Marsh is a registered mediator, has served on the board of directors of the Statesboro/Bulloch County Chamber of Commerce, and is past chairman of the Chamber's Transportation Committee.  Mr. Marsh is a former Solicitor-General of Screven County, Georgia.  He has been married for sixteen years and has two children, ages 9 and 6.

Troy Marsh's civil practice focuses on helping those who have suffered a catastrophic injury or whose family has suffered a catastrophic loss of life.

Jessica Herrmann is a native of Swainsboro, Georgia. In the spring of 2000, she graduated from East Georgia College located in Swainsboro with an Associate degree in Business Administration. In the summer of 2002, Jessica graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree from the College of Family and Consumer Science. Jessica previously worked for a law office in Athens, Georgia as a legal assistant specializing in the area of real estate. She is a personal
injury litigation assistant at the office of Troy Marsh, P.C.

Christina Brownlee is a legal assistant providing support services to the firm. Christina is currently attending Georgia Southern University and will attend law school upon graduation.
